Q: How do I clean and maintain the pots? A: Cleaning instructions vary by material: non-stick pots should be hand-washed with mild soap to preserve the coating, while stainless steel and enameled pots can be hand-washed or dishwasher-safe (check care labels). Avoid using abrasive sponges that may scratch surfaces.
Q: Do the pots come with lids? A: Yes, all our pots come with matching lids—either glass lids for easy food monitoring or solid lids for heat retention. Lids are made from the same high-quality materials as the pots for durability.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? A: Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of payment, provided they have not yet been processed or packaged for shipping. After this window, orders are finalized, and changes are no longer available.

A: If your pot arrives dented, scratched, chipped, or defective, or if the lid is missing or broken, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and original packaging.
